Tyla is on a roll with her self-titled debut album, TYLA. The album has become a chart-topping triumph and turned her, the “pretty girl from Joburg” into a worldwide phenomenon.
The US Billboard Afrobeats Song Chart shared that she nearly owned the entire chart with a whopping seven songs from her debut album that occupy 7 spots in the top 10.
Tracks like “Water,” which reached number 1, and new releases like “Truth or Dare” and “Jump” featuring Gunna and Skillibeng, secured her place at the top.
The seven chart-toppers on the Billboard US Afrobeats Songs Chart were shared by the Tyla Club on its Twitter page.

Back in South Africa
A pop-up shop dedicated to Tyla, with vinyl records, crop tops, and caps, became a pilgrimage site for Tyger’s at the Mall of Africa.
Thousands of Tygers, some traveling far and wide roared with excitement, for the chance to meet their Grammy-winning idol.
Tyla, a vision in pink, navigated the throng of fans with the help of her security team and excitedly engaged with her Tygers as they lined up for an opportunity to meet her.
