While the actress and producer previously shared some of her age-defying secrets, admitting that not all her tips to looking flawless is natural, Connie does work out religiously despite her hectic schedule.
Whether or not she has her workout buddies with her, Connie is diligent with her gym routine and apart from skipping and boxing, the mother and grandmom also fuses strength training into her exercise regime.

The fast-paced moves and hard-hitting punches make boxing a fun, yet high-intensity full-body cardio workout.
If you need inspiration to get into a gym routine, take a leaf out of Connie’s book find an exercise or two that you enjoy, and start with those.
Then work yourself onto the ones that you don’t particularly enjoy. If you are not motivated to go to the gym, that’s okay, Connie gets a number of her workouts in at home.
