In honor of the month of love, Feel Good with Andy Maqondwana delved into relationships with a unique twist. Andy sought insights from her listeners, asking them to reflect on the one aspect they’ve learned to accept about themselves from relationships.
One listener candidly shared her tendency to withdraw from others when she’s in a relationship. “I tend to isolate myself from everyone, forgetting even that I have friends. I become deeply invested because I overlook any warning signs. Thankfully, my current partner is remarkable, and things have been smooth sailing so far,” she revealed.
Another listener admitted that when she falls in love, she tends to get under her partner’s skin. “I tend to want to be constantly connected, even checking my partner’s phone frequently. I’m also very giving, often showering my partner with gifts. Fortunately, I’m not a millionaire, or I’d be bankrupt,” she chuckled.
