Heartfelt congratulations are in order for Innocent Sadiki, the talented actress behind the character Sthoko in the SABC 1 drama Skeem Saam. In a remarkable achievement, Sadiki has been ordained as a senior pastor, adding a significant dimension to her already accomplished career.
Celebrating this momentous occasion on social media, Sadiki expressed her gratitude, saying, “What a spirit-filled ordination.” With 16 years of preaching and a decade of jointly leading a church alongside her husband, she emphasized that all credit for her journey belongs to God.
To commemorate this special moment, Sadiki shared Isaiah 60:22 from the Bible, a verse that proclaims the transformation of the smallest family into a multitude and the tiniest group into a powerful nation. The verse speaks of God’s timing and divine intervention in making such remarkable changes possible.
Innocent Sadiki gained fame for her recurring role as Sthoko in Skeem Saam. She co-presented Alpha Youth on ONE Gospel alongside her twin sister, Millicent Mashile. The twins ventured into theater production, teaching acting in disadvantaged townships.
