The long-awaited third episode of Bonang’s YouTube series B’Dazzled has officially been released. In this installment, Bonang shares her philosophy, stating, “I find my greatest joy in the realm of work.” This episode treats fans to an exhilarating journey to the scenic landscapes of Cape Town, as Bonang orchestrates a photoshoot to commemorate her House of BNG brand.
Returning to her base in Johannesburg, Bonang shares the behind-the-scenes moments of her preparations for the prestigious Miss South Africa pageant. It’s a glimpse into the world of glitz and glamour as Bonang showcases her dedication and passion for her craft.
To mark Bonang’s 36th birthday, her mom, Charlotte Mokoena, took to social media to wish her a Happy Birthday. In her heartfelt note, Mokoena said that her daughter deserves all the happiness coming her way.
“Celebrating You!!! Happy birthday Mmaweledi my Baby. You deserve all the happyness coming your way. Celebrating your beautiful soul, tenacity, resilience, fortitude; your kindness, and your generosity. Love You BoniGirl and super-proud of You. Onwards!”
Speaking to Kaya 959 a couple of years ago, Mrs. Mokoena opened up about having a famous child who is often subjected to bullying.
“It’s the same as when your child is bullied at school. It’s the same pain. It’s very hard. The only thing about having a child go through that is that now more people know, but the pain is the same as when your child suffers alone in a playground and comes home and says, ‘I don’t want to go to school tomorrow’. It’s the same pain. Because parents of bullied children have pain, whether the child is six, 16 or 26,” said Mokoena in part.
