After the birth of their third child, Anonymous decided to get a vasectomy under the impression that his wife didn’t want any more kids. However, she recently brought up her desire to have another child. Mind you, she is unaware that her husband had a vasectomy. Anonymous is worried that if she finds out, this might dent their marriage.
“After the birth of our third baby, my wife told me she was not interested in falling pregnant again. Although she didn’t say it a bad way, I can tell that she meant it. None of our pregnancies were easy, and the third one was the worst. We are both 35, so we could easily have another child. Under the guise of me going to get my prostate checked, I decided to get a vasectomy last year, but I didn’t tell my wife because I thought we both agreed we didn’t want any more kids. However, this year she started talking about trying again in the hope that we get a girl to have two boys and two girls.
“I initially brushed it off because I thought she was joking, but she hasn’t stopped talking about it. I don’t know how I am going to break the news to her. In fact, a part of me says I must keep quiet. We will continue to try, but I know nothing will come out of it. But knowing her, she might want to do a fertility test and find out if I had a vasectomy.”
