South African media personality Bonang Matheba turned 36 years old this past weekend and ushered in this new chapter in her life in true style.
This year, Bonang went for a less over-the-top party and opted for something more intimate, befitting a 36th birthday party.
Matheba, who wore an elegant white dress, celebrated turning 36 with an intimate dinner, joined by her closest friends and family.
Bonang and CSA reach settle legal battle over House of BNG
Bonang Matheba and her former management, CSA, recently reached an agreement over House of BNG.
In 2022, Bonang took to social media to accuse former manager Devin of trying to steal her company: “And now, you’re trying to steal my company but seem to be failing… A heist gone wrong! You’re audacious,” tweeted Matheba.
Bonang was at loggerheads with CSA over House BNG. Fortunately for Bonang’s fans, the two parties managed to come to a consensus following a lengthy court battle.
CSA claimed in a statement that it had no claim to or financial interest in Bonang’s business dealings or those of any other registered enterprises.
“Celebrity Services Africa (Proprietary) Limited (“CSA”) and Bonang Matheba (“Bonang”), the owner of the House of BNG brand, have settled their longstanding dispute. CSA confirms that it has no claim to or financial interest in the business affairs of Bonang, Bonang Matheba Entertainment (Pty) Ltd, BNG South Africa (Pty) Ltd business entities or in the House of BNG brand and trademarks owned by Bonang Matheba.
“CSA confirms further that it no longer represents Bonang or any of these entities,” read the statement from CSA.
