Choice Mathebula has reportedly admitted to beating up her fiancé SK Khoza at her home in England after an argument escalated into a physical fight.
The South African actor shocked fans back home when he shared in an Instagram Live that he almost lost an ear, finger and has bruises all over his body after his fiancée, Choice Kate Mathebula assaulted him.
SK Khoza who has since moved out of Choice’s home in England said that the argument started over another woman, when his fiancée lost it and ordered him to delete the woman’s number from his phone.
The Black Door actor said he was assaulted with everything from a spatula, tin opener and even a knife, revealing cuts to his arms, ears, and a bandaged finger.
His fiancée has since spoken out about the incident which she says she’s not proud of, claiming Khoza gave her no choice (pun not intended) and that she had to beat him up.
Speaking to the Daily Sun, Choice Mathebula said that they had tried everything to resolve issues in their relationship including consulting with doctors, and psychologists but nothing worked.
“Anyone in my position would have reacted the same way. We had an argument which ended in a physical fight. I beat him up and I’m not proud of it. I know at home, in South Africa, I am seen as a bad person, but I had to do it.
I then called the police because the argument was getting ugly. On the same night of the incident, I was questioned by the police, and the next morning I was at the police station and questioned again.
I’ve done everything in my power to help him. We tried doctors and psychologists, but nothing seems to work. Right now, I want him to return to South Africa so he can be helped.”
