Belgian footballer, Eden Hazard, 32, is reportedly considering retiring from football after being kicked out of Real Madrid.
The 32-year-old’s contract was terminated by the club on mutual agreement. According to Football Journalist Fabrizio Romano, Madrid “saved a huge part of his salary by terminating his contract one year before.” Hazard will leave the club as of 30 June 2023.
As a result, Hazard will decide on trying a new chapter or retire.

“Real Madrid would like to express our affection to Eden Hazard and we wish him and his family the best of luck for the next stage of his career.”
Hazard signed for Real Madrid in 2019 from Chelsea for a reported fee of R2 billion. He was earning over 8 million per week. He was brought in to replace club legend Cristiano Ronaldo who was leaving for Juventus at the time.
