Singer/songwriter Makhadzi is getting dragged for her Beyoncé-inspired jumpsuit which she wore at one of her concerts. Beyoncé wore the outfit at the 2019 Wearable Art Gala outfit.
Fans are saying that the designer didn’t do justice to the design and fit of the jumpsuit.
Taking to social media recently Makhadzi admitted that her jumpsuit didn’t look that great.
“That jumpsuit was not making sure. But iam proud of myself I went on stage and performed like there’s no tomorrow but I knew I was gonna have to explain,” tweeted Makhadzi.
The Ganama hitmaker added that she won’t be resting on her laurels until she finds a “person who can do the outfit right.”

Over the Easter weekend, it was reported that the crowd threw bottles at Makhadzi for allegedly arriving late for a gig. Makhadzi was booked to perform in Zimbabwe.
Open Mic’s artist manager Brendan Maseko, dismissed the reports and revealed that Makhadzi was “unharmed.”
“What happened on Saturday, 08 April, people didn’t throw bottles or things a Makhadzi, it’s false. It was the weakness of the promoter regarding security at the venue and the event. The barricade for the golden circle and general access was just a barricade.
“There was no security there. Immediately when Makhadzi got onto the stage people wanted to come forward and see her and they pushed the barricade,” said Brendan.
