
The body of a 2-year old Florida boy was found inside the mouth of an alligator, days after his mother’s body was found in her apartment.
St. Petersburg police have since charged the father, 21-year old Thomas Mosley, with two counts of murder.
Taylen Mosley was reported missing on Wednesday, 29 March, when authorities found his mother’s mangled body in their Florida, US home.
Pashun Jeffery, who was just 20-years old was found with over 100 stab wounds, after reportedly having a heated argument with the father of her son.
Police found blood on the pavement outside the apartment she shared with her toddler.
After Jeffery’s body was discovered, police issued an amber alert for Taylen and a search for the little boy was under way.
On Friday, with the help of state, federal and county authorities, Taylen’s body was found inside the mouth of an alligator in Lake Maggiore.
The cause of the child’s death has yet to be determined.
