It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas thanks to Trevor Noah who is playing Santa.
The South African comedian is on a quest to reward teachers with a brand new XBox console.
Taking to Instagram to announce his festive giveaway, Trevor invited teachers to comment on his post and he could be picking them to win one of 20 XBoxes.
“It’s beginning to look a lot like XboxMas! 🎶 That’s right, and African Santa is here to hook some teachers up with brand-new Xboxes!
If you’re a teacher, just comment below letting me know why you want one, and I’ll pick 20 winners at random. It’s that easy. Merry Christmas!”

While the comments section was flooded by teachers across the world, Trevor didn’t specify whether it was a global giveaway or one reserved for just his home country or continent.
Trevor said he wanted to play Santa after receiving a number of requests from teachers saying they would love to buy an XBox but that they couldn’t afford to on their salary.
“All those teachers who’ve been sending me messages saying, ‘Trevor, I’m a teacher. I want to get an Xbox, but I don’t have money. All you have to do is participate by sending me a message about why you, a teacher, want an XBox.
Could it be that you want to give it to your favourite student? Or could it be that you want to keep it for yourself so you can forget all those terrible kids? Either way, I don’t care.”
