Brazil pays tribute to legend Pele who is receiving hospital treatment.
Brazil’s World Cup team took the time to pay a tribute to their country’s footballing legend Pele who hasn’t been feeling well.
The team dedicated their 4-1 victory over South Korea to the ailing 82-year-old who is receiving treatment for a respiratory infection at a Sao Paulo hospital and is also undergoing treatment for colon cancer.
Following their encounter against South Korea on Monday at Stadium 974 in Doha, Qatar, the Brazilian players unfurled a sizable banner with Pele’s name and a photo of him in his playing days.
