South African television presenter and actor, Nimrod Nkosi has launched his own sanitary pad business.
Longrich Network Marketing is Nimrod’s latest venture and he personally goes out to demonstrate how his brand of feminine products, Longrich pads work.
According to the Star, Nimrod had been selling the sanitary pads from the back of his car after 24-years in the industry.
Nimrod, who is best known for his stint as a Jam Alley presenter, says the Covid-19 pandemic made him realise that he could not rely on one source of income, especially not when one is in the SA entertainment industry.
The well-known TV personality has also enjoyed roles in SA soapies, but said he needed to secure other income streams.
As a result, Nimrod Nkosi now does presentations with Longrich sanitary pads at women’s groups and schools, where he demonstrates how his brand offers protection and comfort.
“When you’re looking for comfort and maximum absorption, which sanitary pad would you go for? Longrich. It’s obvious, because I’ve done the tests using the same elements and you can see for yourself.”

Nimrod didn’t share how long it took him to develop his line of sanitary pads but said he is serious about his business and even took time to study the female anatomy better.
“For me it’s been a lesson to understand how the female body works as a man and to be able to relate with women better in better understanding their anatomy. For me I take it as a business and this is one of my products.”
