EFF Commander-In-Chief, Julius Malema wants to know why there’s been no outrage that Finance Minister, Enoch Godongwana touched a woman inappropriately?
The EFF together with other opposition parties held a joint Parliament press briefing to push a Motion Of No Confidence against President Cyril Ramaphosa.
This due to the “radio silence” around the President and the Phala Phala robbery scandal.
Since Arthur Fraser opened a criminal case against Ramaphosa in June, over the cover-up of the $4 million theft at his cattle and game farm, there has been no developments in the case.
Ramaphosa who maintained that he will allow due process to follow, has not yet appeared before the ANC Integrity Commission regarding the claims against him.
Despite calls for the President to step aside, nothing has been done about the charges against Ramaphosa.
Amongst the charges levelled against the President, are kidnapping, defeating the ends of justice and bribery.
The EFF and opposition parties are calling for Parliament to hold the President accountable for the violation of laws, his oath of office and the Constitution in terms of what happened at Phala Phala farm.
“Opposition parties will initiate and participate in broader consultations with civil society organisations, opposition parties not represented in Parliament, non-profit organisations, trade unions and religious bodies to consolidate a common approach and response to hold the Executive and President accountable.”
The forum of opposition parties included the DA, IFP, ACDP, UDM, NFP, ATM, COPE and PAC.
Julius Malema also raised the shocking sexual allegations against Finance Minister, Enoch Godongwana and said he doesn’t understand how there’s been no outrage that he touched a woman.
“Am I wrong for demanding that Godongwana must resign for demanding happy ending, and touching a woman in an inappropriate manner? And, that too in Woman’s month! Why has there not been outrage over what Godongwana has done?”
Malema doesn’t understand why the ANC has been quiet over the allegations made against the Finance Minister
