Award-winning entrepreneur Bulelani Balabala joins My Top 10 at 10 with Tbose.
Bulelani chats to My Top 10 at 10 with Tbose about building his business from the ground up.
He says it was only in his 7th year in business that things started to change for him.
“There were a lot of internet cafes in the radius.”
He realised that people were coming to print CVs at his business because of the help he offered.
“I had to ask myself questions like: If five people in the same neighborhood are applying for the same position, what would differentiate them if the company is receiving many applications for the post?
“Then we started playing around with things like the template that would make it easier for us to create CVs and also stand out.”
He adds: “It then hit me that if you go beyond to solve the problem people will start gravitating towards you.”
It was from then that Bulelani’s business started to grow and expand.
He also opens up about growing the township economy, unearthing new entrepreneurs, and more.
