Sex may be touted as one of the most effective and pleasurable methods to relieve stress, it is also a major form of insecurity for many women.

A listener who asked to remain anonymous says “her partner doesn’t want to use protection” so during the deed “you can imagine I’m busy worried about the fact that we’re not safe.” This has brought her a lot of anxiety and as a result, she does not enjoy the deed.
Maletsatsi shares: “I didn’t love my body because I was a bit overweight. Even right now I’m still overcoming that but he doesn’t seem to have a problem with my body.
“While growing up people used to tease me because of my weight,” she said.
