Real Housewives of Durban star Mabusi Seme opens up about her friendship with Nonku following a dramatic second season.
Mabusi says she’s always been “open to a friendship with Nonku, it’s just unfortunate that things turned out the way they did.” She gravitated more toward LaConco who accepts her for who she is.
She revealed this on Lungelo KM YouTube channel. She explains:
“I don’t have to be in a certain level of life to be someone’s friend or for someone to appreciate me. LaConco and I have such a lovely relationship.”
She adds that her relationship with Nonku hasn’t grown much compared to the first season of the Real Housewives of Durban. “Now, I’m not her friend anymore and I’m not trying to be her friend.”
She explains that she has accepts LaConco as much as she accepts her. “I don’t want to have her date someone or tell me about her affairs. It doesn’t make who she is, relationships don’t define you.”
The reality television star adds that “It’s only now that Nonku is trying to know her better and appreciating her as a person because she felt like she was forcing the relationship when she actually wasn’t.”
Mabusi also revealed that she is currently dating someone who is outside of the country.
