When you are ill, your sex drive doesn’t always get the memo that it should let you rest. This is why you will find that when most people are sick, all they want is sex because they believe it will make them feel better.
This brings forward the question, can sex be a form of healing to those who are not feeling well?
The Best T in the City listeners share their experiences:
Tumi says sex does heal. “Especially when your person is ill. I remember when he had Covid and asked me to make love to him, the next day he woke up well,” she shares.
Anononymous shares her experiences: “I suffer from long Covid. I’ve become fatigued and fortunately for me I’ve got a very understanding partner. Even at times, he doesn’t feel like it, I do see that he is satisfied. It does make a big difference.
“One thing that’s fortunate about us is that communication has been key. That has helped a lot in our relationship. We push it as far as we can take it. We assure each other that we are in this together,” she tells Tbose.

#CanSexHeal yes . Insomnia, period pains ,stress, and in some cases , the sniffles. Also those who do DIY occasionally can attest to the fact that they feel better or more energized . It's a yes on a technicality depending on what some people prefer.
