Most of us are not professional sportsmen and women but can play sports.
Some corporates encourage starting social sports teams as this allows colleagues to unwind after hours.
In today’s Morning Show with Thomas and Skhumba listeners were asked if they take part in any recreational or social sports, what they love about it and how much it costs.

Recreational sports are usually perceived as being less stressful, both physically and mentally, on the participants.
