Dj Speedsta has weighed in on the passing of Riky Rick.
He recently lashed out on two young artists that were affiliated with him, calling them “pieces of sh*t”
Riky Rick was well-known for supporting young artists in the entertainment space, his Cotton Fest Festival was ahead of its time and gave opportunities to many upcoming artists to grow their fanbase.
On Thursday 24 February, a video of DJ Speedsta was posted on Twitter where he was seen calling Riky’s protege Uncle Vinny and up-and-coming DJ-Uncle Waffles “pieces of sht”.
“All of you guys are pieces of sht, this is real stuff dude.” “This man looked happy. He looked happy! But look at what you guys did to him.” “F*ck you guys.” he said in the video asking them if they see what they did.

It is still unclear what he meant when he said ‘look what you did to him’.
Uncle Waffles also shared a video once dancing with Riky Rick that was widely shared on social media.
She hasn’t responded to any of Speedsta’s claims.

Uncle Vinny also broke his silence following the passing of his OG Riky Rick.
Uncle Vinny had a special relationship with the rapper, and was one of the first people the public started thinking about upon his passing.
Riky was one of the first artist to co-sign him when he was still at a tender age working at Hillbrow Radio as one of the youngest presenters.
Uncle Vinny took to Instagram and shared an image of a gig they were both performing in, and captioned the post “Only God Knows”. The two of them were very close.
