In as much as we’d all would like to be Dr. Phil or Oprah in our circles, the reality is that most of us are not well-equipped to give advice.
There’s a notion that people who have never been married or have a bad track record when it comes to relationships should not give relationship advice.
Kim on social media disagrees with this. She says people reach different types of wisdom at different stages in their life.
“There’s no such… simply because we reach different types of wisdom at different times. Sometimes our entourages are the guides. We do not have to experience it to advise on it. Some are ideology, some are messages or intelligence, etc.”
Patrick agrees with his notion. He says that once you get married, even your elders will advise you not to mix with unmarried people.
Another social media user believes both sides have value for different situations. He/she shares that unmarried people often give more practical advice. Furthermore, he/she states that there is also room for matured couples to share advice based on experience.
