Yes, it’s December, and we’re all in a festive mood, but there are some people out there who take advantage of others or bring a lot of bad energy during this time of the year.
Tbose asked Kaya 959 listeners, without mentioning any names, who will they be avoiding this festive season.
One listener shares, “I’m avoiding those who come with cheap liquor and want to drink from our cooler boxes.
Someone else said that people who plan to groove but have no money should be avoided.
Three TSpoons on people to avoid this festive
Family/Friends – Some of our friends and family can be draining this time of the year. They want the world to stop and the whole focus to be on them, but you also have your own needs and wants you to want to focus on. Hence some family and friends should be avoided this festive.
Bo N Tribe– Nthekele, Nkadime, Nnwese…Every year the same people come to you asking for favours. You can’t even breathe and enjoy time at home because that one uncle and sibling will be all over you asking for this and that, and they won’t take no for an answer.
People Who Only Know You During Festive – Some people will act like they don’t know throughout the year. They never reply to texts; they don’t return calls but come festive; they are all up in your face. Well, this time around, you refuse to be taken advantage of.
