South African comedian, popular TV presenter, actor, producer, MC and social media sensation Sivuyile ‘Siv’ Ngesi recently took to social media to expresses excitement for securing Gold in the National Pole and Aerial Championships.

The 35 year old, three time SAFTA nominee shared his national pole routine on social media with and why it meant so much to him to have given it a winning performance.
“I can finally share my Nationals Pole Routine that I won Gold for! This was my caption for my dance,” he said.

The routine won first place for semi professional, senior men, Ngesi shared on his social media how he performed it in honour his late cousin.
“After over 19 months of the entire world going through this life we call the “new normal…” many have lost their loved ones and many have died alone in hospitals without anyone to be there to Hold their hand as they take their last breath.. this piece is to honour my cousin who was an incredible father of 2 , husband , son and a great man who played a huge role in making me the man I am today. RIP Butsha,” he captioned video.
