South African rapper iFani has come under fire after many celebrities called him out for his insensitive tweets about Boity’s recent assault.
The tweet follows a violent altercation where Bujy allegedly threw a bottle of alcohol at Boity.
In a tweet that has since been deleted, iFani wrote, “If God gave me a chance to hit Boity, I wouldn’t use a bottle!” Followed by a chilli pepper and peach emoji that represents sex on social media.
Many found his tweets to be distasteful after Boity’s assault ordeal with Bujy Bikwa left her with injuries to her face.
One of Boity’s close friends, Maps Maponyane was the first to drag iFani for the bad timing of his poorly thought out tweet.
“Damn, the things tweeted by grown men here under the guise of ‘humour’ is just embarrassing.”
Maps went on further, “You’ve genuinely always said it best when you’ve said nothing at all. This is just sad. Respect yourself.”

Boity’s ex Caspper Nyovest didn’t hold back either.

Since the incident a number of celebrities have stood by Boity who has opened a case of assault against Bujy. The ‘Wuz Dat’ rapper has reportedly demanded R1 million from Bujy for damages and injuries she sustained.
